Depends on what kind of charter are you looking at. If you intend to go bottom fishing, then theres a boat guy who leave from Diving village Bur dubai. his number name & number is Ibrahim 050-7940928.
The trip would cost you around 800-1000 for 7-8 hour for max 5 people.
