Here you go. Here is a recipe I tried (my own I may add)
Take a piece of tin foil and lay shiny side down. Drizzle a touch of Virgin Olive Oil and lay a nice fillet of Kingfish on the tin foil (dull side). Take 3 small red chilli peppers, deseed and chop very fine. Add 3 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed not chopped and the juice of one whole fresh lemon. Bake in an oven for 30 mins (gas mark 4 to 5).
Serve with blanched Chinese Cabbage, Fried Mushrooms, Onions & Peppers ....... mmmmmmmmmmmmm .......... lovely
