Here is another one I have tried this week
Take 1 nice fillet of Kingfish (not steaks) and divide in to 4 to 5 inch pieces. Take a piece of foil and drizzle some olive oil and place the fish on top of the olive oil.
Get a nice lump of butter (not margerine) and 1 crushed cloves of garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix thouroughly and then spread of the fillet of kingfish.
Wrap up in the foil and seal then place in an oven at gas mark 5 for 30 mins.
Serve with veg (to your liking) ....... lovely and rich ...... not too good for the waistline but as they say ..... "The tastier the food, the worse it is for you"
