Giant Trevally Popping Trip Friday Jan 30th Musandam

Hi All
This trip is rescheduled from the 3rd Jan - blown out because of bad weather.
2 - possibly 3 - slots available for this trip with Oceanactive. Boat can take 6 anglers, but we normally cap the trip at 5 pax.

Charter hire is 4500 AED for the 8 hour trip.
A number of us went last year and had a blast with Giant Trevally (GTs), (small) tuna and sharks - check out the Inshore/Offshore Reports section on the website.
Though the main objective is poppping for GTs, there are jigging/spinning opportunites for a range of fish from grouper to tuna, depending on what's about.

Would like to join U guys.....to put my gears as they are intended for...but UNFORTUNATELY something else crept up on me....so will have to skip it this time.....AGAIN!

Just check with either Justin, FC or Richie(the skipper...not yourself! :lol:

) on the weather, boat condition and the red tide situation.

Most IMPORTANTLY........either bring your passports or your ID (driving license not accepted by the boarder guards)

are you sure about the passport thing? i made it through the dibba point with my dads drivers license and a student ID.

I'd come with you but I gotta bring the family, and then the family wants to bring friends. So I'm going out with ocean active on sat. Same area. Can I grab one of your numbers so I can call you up fri evening and ask how it went. It won't really make a difference seeing as I'm going whether it was good or bad, but it would be nice to hear how it went with the weather/baits/catch, and all that jazz.
