Hi All

Next year for me I'm afraid. Wtih our brand new baby, my wife not thank me for leaving her all weekend... Anyway, that's a great prize and worth entering.

I'd also be interested in 1 day events and other options.

thanks

Anymore takers for the Kayak division??? At the moment the chaps have a one in three chance of winning a hobie kayak... I like those odds!

I have said that registration for the Kayakers is Thursday but if you want to join in on Wednesday evening at LMAA from 6pm then you are welcome to do so. Makes life a little easier.

Come on lads and laddesses! Get registering. By the sounds of it there is going to be loads of press including television covering the event so would be great to have a few more boats in to help grow this sport. It would go a long way to showing everyone that sustainable fishing is key.

Keep 'em Tight
Bruce

p.s. as always if you need to chat or need any help registering - give me a shout! +968 95761453 What could be easier???

Well once again big congratulations to the winners of the Fujairah Classic!
What a great tournament! In case you missed it the results were as follows:

1st place team: Sho Cho Boto

2nd place team: BITE ME

3rd place team: Xtreme Derbas

1st place angler: Luke Chang

2nd place angler: Anders Oldenburg (aka - the flying Fin)

3rd place angler: Raed Dabbous

Top lady angler: Summer Syed

Kayak Division: Sadly no fish caught but well done to Dave Mitchell
for winning the Hobie Kayak in a special audited drawing! Enjoy!

Congrats to Sho Cho Boto who will now join Xtreme Derbas in representing the region at the
2010 IGFA Offshore World Championships!

I would like to thank everyone involved with the tournament, especially the sponsors! The more private sectors get behind these tournaments the more tournaments we can have! Go on guys; support those that back this wonderful sport! I would also like to thank the UAE media for some fantastic coverage! It is with their help that we can get word out to all would be anglers.

Below is an online version of the coverage of the event as well as the link where you will be able to download pictures from the tournament. It’s free so download them, blow them up and put them on your walls!

Find the pictures at: http://www.fujairahclassic.com/pics/fuj ... ssic09.zip

Thanks again everyone! Wishing you all Tightlines!
See you at the Sinbad Classic here in Oman next year and definitely at the 2010 FUJAIRAH CLASSIC.
Remember to keep up to date on the two events via the websites www.sinbadclassic.com and www.fujairahclassic.com
