After a long search I have figured out where to buy tackle in Abu Dhabi. Many of you probably know this already, but there is a cluster of shops close to Al Salama Hospital, on the corner of Hamdan (5th) Street and 10th St. GPS co-ordinates should be something like 24 49 49 N, 54 37 64 E. I thought the selection of rods and reels was fairly poor, but it's a decent place to pick up terminal tackle including Storm, Rapala and Yo-Zuri lures. I found it a bit cheaper than Barracuda at Dubai Marina too. Just in case useful for someone else out there ...
